Pumpkin Spice Apples

These pumpkin spiced apple slices are a delicious, but nutritious treat for the holiday season. Better yet, they’re REALLY easy to make!

  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced (We recommend Honeycrisp apples)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/3 pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Minced ginger (optional)


  1. Sauté apples in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together cider, pumpkin and brown sugar
  3. Add pumpkin mix and cinnamon stick to apples and bring to a boil
  4. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until apples are saturated and liquid has been absorbed
  5. Top with Thrive Tribe Maple Walnut bites and non-dairy yogurt
